Employee incentive of HUF 400 instead of HUF 300 gross per day

Movement can be incorporated into everyday life in small steps. Since May last year, KOMETA has been paying a gross daily allowance of 300 HUF to employees who cycle, walk, run or ride a traditional scooter to work that day. Over the past year and a half, 30-50 of our colleagues have regularly taken advantage of this bonus, which, in view of the inflationary environment, has been increased to 400 HUF gross as of 1 September 2022, and from then on, gym sessions and swimming will also be rewarded in the same way.

Volunteering programme

The results of HonestFood’s representative survey show that 17% of Hungarians would give something back to the planet, 13% would do something to help if they had 5 extra years of active life. In response, KOMETA is launching a volunteering programme. We will create a 500-hour monthly quota, which colleagues can sign up for from 1 October 2022, and will be rewarded with a gross amount of 2500 HUF per hour.
