Quick ready crawler
Ingredients: for 2 people
- 1 package yeast puff pastry
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 red onion
- 20 dkg KOMETA Oven Baked Caesar Bacon
- 10 dkg grated cheese
Preparation
Mix the sour cream with the crushed garlic. Spread the dough on a baking tray, cut around the edges about 1 cm from the edge, but do not cut all the way through the dough, so as to give the topping a frame.
Spread with the garlic sour cream, sprinkle with the thinly sliced red onion, the small cubes of bacon and the grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Baking time varies from oven to oven, when the edges are nice and red and the cheese and bacon are well browned, it is done.
